What is the best eyeshadow set to have!!?
i would like to have one to have like 15-20 colors or more and would not like it to be really cheap!! i want good quality.

MAC has the best false eye lashes. i bought some from there and they arnt that much. lik $10 or up. some have a set to help put them on you.
Ardell is a great drugstore brand of lashes, they're about $3.00-$5.00 a pair depending on where you buy them
Shu Uemura makes amazing ones too, but the Shu ones can definitely be pricey
Ardell also makes a lash glue which works well (Ardell Lashgrip), and Duo Adhesive is a clear latex glue that works great for lashes as well as anything else you may want to apply to the body (body jewels, etc)

Make the mark a lil outside of your eye so you can have that cat eye look. Go to Sephora store get dior mascara cost 20.00 will make your eyelashes so long you won't need fake eyelashes. Then when your done lining top and bottom go over with the grey start form outter to inner kinda go outside of your eyelid so you'll have the cat look. Then go to lower eyelid and brush a lil of the gray eyeshadow you'll look gorgeous. I do it all the time when i go out. Guys love it.

I'm thinking of getting one of them but I'm not sure which. I wanna get the 120 colours because there is a bigger selection of colours but I heard that its quite soft and not really good for travelling because it may break and i really dont wan it to break and i have a fear of it breaking on it's way here from wherever i buy it from through ebay. so i was thinking the 88 palette but i'm already in love with the 120. My auntie is a make up artist and has purchased all of these palettes. My aunt does travel a lot and takes these palettes with her. She has never had any broken products from these palettes.
As they come in a palette make sure they have a magnetic force to the palette. If so they will not break, if not you have a more likely chance of them breaking.

To protect it, I'll wrap the case in bubble wrap, or if I don't have any I'll wrap it in all the clothes in my case so that it's protected from bouncing around. I've never had a cracked eyeshadow or blush, and I fly a lot.

I have the 88 palette but not the 120.
The 88 palette is okay but it's missing some key colors. Like for instance there's not charcoal grey. And then randomly some of the colors just don't show up at all, like the yellows. Other colors in the 88 palette are just too chalky and so you get a lot of fall-out. No matter what anyone tells you, the 88 palette is NOT equal to mac shadows. They almost are, but not quite.
However, you have to remember that some people who received the 120 palette had broken shadows and/ or mold! So gross.

There is an option to click US ONLY... when you refresh the list it'll show you only sellers that sell from within the US (hopefully..) none the less it may return some hong kongs, but it's better than a useless amount of pages of the same seller...

Well it safe that's for sure, but the quality is comparable to the eye shadows that you get for Christmas in those big sets from your distant relatives lol. You know the ones that walmart and drugstores carry around x-mas time?? Don't get me wrong I love mine and there are a lot of really unique colors that I haven't seen anywhere else ;) And a 120 pallette @ MAC would cost upwards of $200.

I have all of these palettes. I own two 120 palettes, the CS matte 88 palette, and the CS shimmer 88 palette. I would personally choose the 120 palette. First of all, when I first heard of Coastal Scents, I went crazy and bought 3 palettes on the spot. A day after I placed my first order, I was so excited I wanted to buy another palette so now I have 4 total Coastal Scents palettes. When I received them, I was so excited but when I tried them all out, my excitement turned into disappointment. They are pigmented but you have to “try” to get some color if that makes sense. I don’t think they’re that great. On the other hand, the 120 palette is super easy to blend. It’s purely amazing. All of my friends and family members have been amazed by this palette. Another thing is you can purchase the 120 palette on Ebay (where I purchased mine.) In the search engine, just type in “120 Pro Palette.” There are tons of sellers selling this palette and you can buy it anywhere from $.01 to $30.00. I actually bought it from the retailer you listed in your question (they have an Ebay account also.) I know they are the same company because they sent me a link to their site when I emailed them. They are located in Los Angeles, CA and the reason I bought my palette from them instead of another Ebay seller from China (most of the sellers selling this palette are from China) was because many customers had problems with the palette getting damaged while in transit. I figured that since I live in California, the chance of having a damaged palette would be less likely. When I received mine however, there was one shadow that was broken. I sent them an email and they sent out a new one right away. The new one had like 11 broken shadows though! Anyways, I recommend this seller because they give great customer service but your palette may still have a possibility of getting damaged in the mail. The sellers from China will likely send you a replacement palette for free too if your palette arrives damaged. If you buy it from a seller in China, it’ll probably be cheaper. Back to your question though.. I’d go with the 120 palette. You’ll get 32 more colors, better pigmented colors, and colors that are easier to blend. I don’t use any of my Coastal Scents palettes and will never buy palettes from them again –unless they improve their quality. I love their brushes though, but their palettes don’t measure up. I got the 88 palette and omg there are some colors I still haven't touch! I don't think you really need the 120 since the 88 provides you with a varieties of color already. I got the reg 88...mixture of matte and shimmer/satin colors....the 88 shimmer palette is way too shimmery for me.

That being said yes, you do gamble the chance of it containing lead and some have tested positive for lead.

the main difference between pressed eye shadows is the amount of pigment in them. the cheaper ones have very little which means when you put them on you can barely see it or it fades super quick....
but if you use a good primer it doesnt matter if the are cheap or expensive cos the primer makes all colours stand out and last all day120 eyeshadow palettes ?
From the reviews ive watched on youtube they are from the same seller and the same company and the product comes in the same casing and has the same colors and quality the only difference seems to be the name. Im guessing they are in the process of changin the name sine BF sounds better than manly Report Abuse

Is Manly's 120 Makeup Color Eyeshadow Palette a good make up palette?
If you're looking for a pretty cheap palette with lots of colors, go for it. I think it's a good purchase because there's a whole 120 colors to choose from. So whatever color I don't have in one of my other palettes or singles, I turn to the 120 palette because it'll most likely have the color I need. It is a pigmented palette and I like it more than Coastal Scents' palettes. Lots of people will argue that ';they come from the same factory'; BUT I own 4 Coastal Scents eye shadow palettes AND the 120 palette. They do feel different. The Manly 120 palette is way better. Coastal Scents shadows feel chalky and give off a chalky look. All of my friends are amazed when I bring out the 120 palette. The ONLY bad thing I can say about it is I have very dry skin and I need to use a primer and base under the shadows because they make my lids a little dry. I had an extra palette and gave it to my cousin but she told me she didn't use a primer or base and it worked fine for her (she has normal skin) and it didn't make her dry. I give it a thumbs up. Don't count on the quality being like Nars or MAC, because it's not. It is a bargain though for all those eye shadows. Go for it, you won't regret it. Plus you can get it for super cheap on Ebay. I bought mine on Ebay for $30 though (only because I wanted to buy from a US seller.) There's nothing wrong with buying overseas, but you run the risk of your package getting lost, more damaged during shipping, and having a longer wait time. Good Luck. I encourage you to buy it. I'm happy with mine and I love the pigmented colors.

This seller is great. My first package had 1 broken shadow (lots of people who buy from China get many of their shadows broken during shipping) and I told the seller. The seller was so nice and shipped me another package FREE and let me keep the first one too so I paid $30 and got 2 palettes.

It's pretty good. Especially if you want a good variety of eye shadows that are vibrant. I'm a makeup artist and I've created pretty good looks with it.

Anyway, I really like the palette. Obviously it's not like MAC eye shadows but they work really good being eye shadows that come from china. I ordered mine on ebay for a total of $15 that included shipping. It was like $10 for the shipping and $5 for the palette ha. Luckily none of the shadow broke when I received it and I've had it for a while and they are yet to break. I didn't get mine from a U.S. shipper I got it from China. It took exactly a week to get here. Although mine doesn't say manly palette or beauty factory. Just 120 palette. Maybe you should get the one that just say 120 palette there might be a difference.

This seller is great. My first package had 1 broken shadow (lots of people who buy from China get many of their shadows broken during shipping) and I told the seller. The seller was so nice and shipped me another package FREE and let me keep the first one too so I paid $30 and got 2 palettes.

It's pretty good. Especially if you want a good variety of eye shadows that are vibrant. I'm a makeup artist and I've created pretty good looks with it.

Anyway, I really like the palette. Obviously it's not like MAC eye shadows but they work really good being eye shadows that come from china. I ordered mine on ebay for a total of $15 that included shipping. It was like $10 for the shipping and $5 for the palette ha. Luckily none of the shadow broke when I received it and I've had it for a while and they are yet to break. I didn't get mine from a U.S. shipper I got it from China. It took exactly a week to get here. Although mine doesn't say manly palette or beauty factory. Just 120 palette. Maybe you should get the one that just say 120 palette there might be a difference.

I would try going to Coastalscents.com and buying one of their 120 palettes. They are good quality, pigmented shadows, and are a decent price for what you are getting.
The only thing is, I am not very pleased with Coastal Scents' costumer service. They seem to be rude to costumers if they seem to favor another brand (on YouTube-a video or something), or something dumb like that. But, also, don't expect shipping right away, because they are in very high demand, and it might be a few weeks. Maybe not. Just depends when you order it.

they are the same thing, and they are not a scam depending on where you purchase. I bought one awhile back and it works differently on different types of skin. I have oily skin so the pigment showed up on me but my sister has dry skin thats tan and it rarely showed on here. The purples on not really pigmented and they break easily - and when the break, the whole dang thing turns into powder. Also Ive found that it works best w/ the brush that is provided, but make sure you put lots of loose powder under your eyes b/c when applying, it gets everywhere (the eyeshadow)

120 Manly eyeshadow palette vs the 88 Coastal Scents eyeshadow palette?
Which one is better in terms of quality, pigmentation, value for money, etc. Not in terms of quantity.

idk about 120 manly... but i have the 88 coastal scent's shimmery palette and it's really awesome and it would last a long time because the pigments are very good so you only need to use a little color and still get something bright and vivid. How to travel with a 120 color eyeshadow palette?

It's not a MAC palette, the most MAC shadows that are in a palette are 15, and those are the ones you make yourself by buying the palette and then the eyeshadow pans. The most premade in a palette right now are 6, however some older ones had 7-9 shadows.

I just got it the other day, and have been breaking out in hive like things on my cheeks, and am debating whether its that or my foundation and sweat thats making my skin so itchy like that. I just wanted to know if anyone else had something similar because I would really hate to not be able to use it! Its amazing.

Hang on Ima go ask my mom where she got it

have you checked walmart? they used to have a mary kate and ashley brand that had a lot of different colored sparkly eye shadows, also the brand Jane from wal mart used to have silver and gold eyeliners that go well with white eyeshadows to give a nice glow to your eyes
just a thought, check it out, it was quite some time ago that i wore sparkly eye shadow myself, but i would think they still have something to that measure;
the sparkly dust your friend uses sounds like a good plan too, mix with whatever color you'd like and you get a more versatile use of the sparkly dust

benefit ( a makeup counter found in Macy's ) has eye shadow that comes in 24 different colors, it doesn't crease, and all of them have shimmer. If you want just a cheap powder eye shadow try N.Y.C color, or wet and wild (found at rite aid, target ect.) there cheap, and work just as well as other powder eye shadows.

sephora, urbay decay, hard candy, any drugstore...there are tons of products that will give you sparkle. google ';sparkly eyeshadow'; if all else fails...Where can I find sparkly eyeshadow?

MAC has a bunch of colors that are really nice u should go to there website and look at them
Look at Loreal Perle shadows. They spark and last long-
Claire's, possibly Target, WalMart, Shopko, Kmart, Hot Topic, pretty much everywhere

benefit ( a makeup counter found in Macy's ) has eye shadow that comes in 24 different colors, it doesn't crease, and all of them have shimmer. If you want just a cheap powder eye shadow try N.Y.C color, or wet and wild (found at rite aid, target ect.) there cheap, and work just as well as other powder eye shadows.
