I am trying to find good blue sparkly eyeshadow.. or even pigments. It doesn't matter.Sparkly blue eyeshadow?
go to MAC. if there to expansive then l'oreal hip duos. and if you real are on a budget go to Sally's they have great sparkly bules for like $1 each.Sparkly blue eyeshadow?
Ohh! Claires but theyre pigments. Theres three colors. Blue, Green, and Pink. Its soooo cool! lol.
Urban Decay has some ultra-sparkly blue eyeshadows, wether it's bright blue or light blue, you can probably find it there.

i dunno what shade of blue u want but i saw in the store the other day bright blue glitterly powder eye shadow..it came it like a tube thing called HIP it was really pretty and there was other bright colors too...i think it was like $13 though some ppl arent willing to spend tht much on eyeshadow but i would for tht..it looked cool...i saw it at my grocery store so im not sure if its a good brand but it will prolly be at ur local drug store.
