Complicated eyeshadow has anyone used it? ';stir it up';its from rimmel and its like a circle?

and the kind i have is mostly like a teal green but it has blue parts scattered all around it so its not one solid color. also if you look at it it looks like a powder but when u put ur finger or a brush in it its like a cream. am i supposed to blend it all together r tap my finger/brush in it. wht do you use

Use your finger to blend around some color and apply it like that. Or, if you want more of one color, use your shader brush and tap it on one certain color. Then, that color should be pretty saturated on the brush. Hope that helps!
