Urban Decay, to me, seems to specialize in glittery eye shadow.
ooh yes! I gotta get mine to tell you what its called okay okay i got it uhm, well it has a sticker on it [ a little square glass container like an inch big] and the sticker sais ';NEW nouveau'; but uhm, the top says ';wet n wild Mega Shimmer *shimmer dust*'; Its almost like it is glitter powder but on a brush it is so neat like you put this stuff on you're eye lids and I mean wow they're sparkly, plus the glitter won't get all over your face like some do unless you like rub it all over, haha. Hang on Ima go ask my mom where she got it


She sais she got it at Walgreen's, so yea you should go buy some, ii like it and it seems like what you were talking about

have you checked walmart? they used to have a mary kate and ashley brand that had a lot of different colored sparkly eye shadows, also the brand Jane from wal mart used to have silver and gold eyeliners that go well with white eyeshadows to give a nice glow to your eyes





just a thought, check it out, it was quite some time ago that i wore sparkly eye shadow myself, but i would think they still have something to that measure;





the sparkly dust your friend uses sounds like a good plan too, mix with whatever color you'd like and you get a more versatile use of the sparkly dust

just go to walmart if you want something cheap they have a surprisingly good selection, but Victoria's secret has really pretty glitter eye shadow but for a bit more money
MAC has great sparkly eye shadows. They are a bit expensive but they stay on and dont even crease. PLEASE DONT USE ART N CRAFTS GLITTER ON UR EYES!!!
