unfortunately those are only sold online. sephora has other kinds of palettes though and ULTA has some too. often ULTA will have a promo of a big palette with a bunch of eyeshadows and other things for like 20 dollars.
Sorry, but I think you can only buy it online, there are some palettes you can get in some stores, but they aren't as pigmented as the ones online.
