instead of searchin for a particular glittery eyeshadow, what i do is just use plain glitter on my eyelids.
it looks really cute and unique, but make sure to wear just a tiny bit, not a whole lot, else you look like a prostitute.
you should just take the eyeshadow color you want, apply it, then apply some glitter over it and you'll have cher's look.

I am a huge Bee Luscious fan so I would say get their Dimensional Eye shadow.
Sephora carries two brands that I find great!
One, is Urban Decay. They have great eyeliners, liquid liners, and shadows.
Second is the ';Sugar'; brand.
Indulge is a good brand for make up.
