I love Almay eyeshadows, and they have specific sets for certain eye colors. I have hazel eyes and use their eyeshadows made for hazel eyes. works great! they're under $10.What brand has good, cheap eyeshadow sets/palette?
Wet n' Wild. The prices are VERY cheap, but the quality is not. They have eyeshadow marked for what your eye color is! I have blue eyes, and the eyeshadow is AMAZING!!!

i would go to ebay or coastal scents.com and check out their 88 or 120 palette. it's really cheap and has every color under the sun
they have better color pay off than anything you'd buy at the drug store and the quality is really good.
Almay has eyeshadow palettes designed for just brown eyes. Also HIP by Loreal is really matte and nice.

I have brown eyes too and found that putting gold eyeshadow and a dark purple makes my eyes 'pop'. I recommend HIP by Loreal. They're not too expensive and have nice colors.
Revlon has a green palette that really compliments brown eyes. Also, try Revlon ';Wild Orchids'; palette.
cover-girl is good for this. they have inexpensive eyeshadow in a vast opulence of colors.
