I like the Revlon Illuminance Creme Shadow, sparkly %26amp; creamy
Rimmel has the ';stars'; line which is the BEST I've ever tried, it's really sparkly and comes in a roll on. It's powder not cream which is better because creams are too thick and sticky and by the end of the night will form ugly clumps or crease.....
they had some really nice %26amp; smooth glittery eye-pencils in Zara %26amp; all their make-up is 拢2 now,
H.I.P. and mary-kate and ashley olsen work the best i think.

Rimmel has some glitter eyeshadow pencils. I'm not sure what you mean by bright colors, but their glitter pencils are very sparkly and are pretty, and they're not expensive. (At least, that's true here in US.) But for real bright colors with glitter, my go-to has always been Hard Candy. Their glitter eyeshadow actually has a cream base of nude or black, with glitter to tap on top. I think it's better to pay a little extra for eye glitter because cheap glitter can be damaging if you get it in your eye. I don't know any drugstore brands that make them in *bright* colors, though. Have fun!

Go to Boots there own makes like 17 and Natural collection are really cheap and they have different types of eyeshadows (creams and powders).
You should try Mary-kate And Ashley makeup. They have those thick pencils that are glittery and creamy. They have them in a lot of bright coulors too! Plus it's cheap!!! Hope you have a fun party!!! Good luck!!

Im not sure where you buy them from but perhaps if you searched the name of the product on Google they might come up with some stores for you.
It may not be too cheap but the range definatley looks amazing. I would recommend trying Urban Decay, easily found in Boots. It has everything from multi-coloured glittery liquid eyeliners to edible shimmer dust! It can be quite expensive though.
i used to do this all the time when on a night out, firstly buy a thick eyeshadow usually the cheap ones aimed at young girls (prob get on local market) or make up stall and apply to the eye, then buy the little pots of glitter seperate (that cost about a pound) and apply over the eyeshadow with a cotton bud. as the eyeshadow is thick the glitter will stick to it!! its best to get a silver eyeshadow as any colour glitter can be added over the top as bright as you want.


p.s prob best to do your skin make up after the eyes if possible as the glitter tends to get everywhere when applying it so give your face a wipe down then apply foundation.
